- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the South Manila territory
- Conduct regular team coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for leadership review
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales with proven team leadership experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while motivating a team toward common goals
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of Cavite market and local business networks preferred
