Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage retail accounts through regular store visits and relationship building
- Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising standards at point-of-sale
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability across assigned outlets
- Collect market intelligence on competitor products and pricing strategies
- Submit detailed sales reports and performance analytics to management
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years field sales experience in FMCG/retail sector
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office and mobile reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Cagayan region geography and retail landscape
