- Drive product distribution and sales execution across assigned retail outlets in Ifugao
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Implement promotional activities and merchandising standards to maximize brand visibility
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective account management
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to the sales management team
- Ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels at point-of-sale
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail distribution
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market conditions and consumer preferences in Ifugao
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across assigned territory
- Basic proficiency in sales reporting tools and MS Office applications
