- Identify and connect with Singaporean and Permanent Resident seniors aged 65+ in the Central Region
- Build trust and rapport within communities to establish effective referral networks
- Match seniors with appropriate services, programs, and opportunities based on their needs
- Document and maintain accurate records of referrals and follow-up communications
- Stay informed about available resources and services for seniors in Singapore
- Meet performance targets and referral goals to maximize earnings
- Represent our organization professionally in all community interactions
Kualifikasi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with seniors and understanding their unique needs
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong networking abilities and community engagement experience
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication purposes
- Flexibility in working hours and availability during weekdays and weekends
- Previous sales or referral experience is advantageous but not required
- Valid Singaporean or Permanent Resident status
