- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Oversee daily floor operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising execution
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly while maintaining brand reputation
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify improvement opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with merchandising and visual teams to execute compelling in-store displays
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in high-volume fashion or luxury retail
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory control systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective action plans
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Flexible working availability including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Fluency in English with additional language skills preferred
