Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet, seat, and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Present menus with detailed knowledge of food/beverage offerings and specials
  • Take accurate orders and communicate efficiently with kitchen/bar staff
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining quality standards
  • Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, table readiness, and operational efficiency
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash/POS systems
  • Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve service issues diplomatically
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage service or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual ability a plus
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness
  • Positive attitude with genuine passion for guest satisfaction
  • Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
