Tanggung Jawab
- Greet, seat, and assist guests with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Present menus with detailed knowledge of food/beverage offerings and specials
- Take accurate orders and communicate efficiently with kitchen/bar staff
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, table readiness, and operational efficiency
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/POS systems
- Address guest inquiries promptly and resolve service issues diplomatically
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage service or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual ability a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for guest satisfaction
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
