Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the comprehensive planning and execution of off-premise catering events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
- Supervise and lead the catering staff to ensure high standards of service, presentation, and professional behavior.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams and management to finalize event schedules, timelines, and setup requirements.
- Manage and fulfill special client requests to ensure a personalized and memorable experience.
- Oversee the on-site setup, service operations, and final breakdown and clean-up of the event venue.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols throughout all event phases.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, specifically in off-premise or event catering.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Valid Food Handler’s Permit or professional food safety certification.
