We're seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our culinary operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This landmark role offers the opportunity to shape F&B strategy in a dynamic emerging market while upholding Accor's global excellence standards. You'll oversee diverse dining venues, drive revenue growth, and mentor a high-performance team in one of Southeast Asia's most ambitious hospitality projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities
- Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs aligned with market trends
- Control operational costs through inventory management, waste reduction, and budget adherence
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B teams to deliver exceptional service standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless guest experiences
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years F&B management experience in 4-5 star hotels
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of cost control systems and inventory management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia essential
