Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food and beverage service, preferably in banquet settings
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in high-volume environments
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
