We are seeking a dedicated Franchise Relations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment with company standards
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees on operations, marketing, and compliance matters
- Monitor franchise performance and implement strategies to improve business outcomes
- Coordinate training programs for franchise staff to ensure consistent quality across all locations
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by franchisees in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute franchise-specific promotional campaigns
- Conduct regular site visits to assess franchise operations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in franchise management or business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully managing franchise relationships and driving business growth
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex franchise-related issues
- Knowledge of franchise laws, regulations, and best practices in the Philippines
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
