Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the front office team including receptionists and concierge staff
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of luxury service and cultural sensitivity
  • Oversee daily front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and billing
  • Coordinate VIP guest experiences, including personalized itineraries and exclusive arrangements
  • Manage concierge services, including bookings for tours, transportation, and special events
  • Handle escalated guest complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless service delivery
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality with 2+ years in front office leadership roles
  • Proven track record in concierge services and destination expertise in Bali
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant hospitality degree or equivalent professional certification
  • Deep knowledge of local attractions, cultural protocols, and logistical operations in Bali
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
