Tanggung Jawab
- Perform nightly front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Conduct a thorough audit of all daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and balance.
- Prepare and review daily operational reports, such as occupancy rates and revenue summaries.
- Manage the house bank and cash handling procedures securely and accurately.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the night shift.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises and the safety of all guests and staff.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to hand over essential operational information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in front office operations or night audit is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software (PMS).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a plus.
