Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service to international guests, including check-in/out procedures, information about local attractions, and assistance with any inquiries
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy reports using our property management system
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, maintaining proper documentation of all transactions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms and common areas are maintained to high standards
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to improving hostel operations and guest experience

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and property management systems
  • Positive attitude, patience, and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and cultural practices in Bali is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Valid work permit for Indonesia if not a local resident
