Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate front desk systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in front office or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using front desk management systems
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
