Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming guests warmly upon arrival and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails professionally, forwarding messages to the appropriate departments immediately.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Managing the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate guest records.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared promptly.
- Providing information regarding local attractions, transportation, and hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Front Office or Reception role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
