Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product selection and styling advice.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store in accordance with H&M guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash/card payments.
- Assist with replenishing stock, folding, and organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Greet customers warmly and proactively approach them to offer assistance and promote new arrivals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure the fitting rooms are tidy and well-stocked with appropriate sizes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for current trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
