Tanggung Jawab
- Provide compassionate guidance and support to families during bereavement
- Coordinate complete funeral service arrangements from consultation to service execution
- Present and explain funeral products/services with sensitivity and clarity
- Facilitate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up care
- Collaborate with clergy, cemeteries, and service providers
- Uphigh ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mortuary Science or related field preferred
- Valid Funeral Director license or certification (Philippines)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in funeral services or client care
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and crisis management abilities
- Detail-oriented with organizational excellence
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
