Tanggung Jawab
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and group support to students requiring additional assistance
- Develop and implement outreach programs tailored to the needs of at-risk youth
- Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and families to support student development
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants
- Organize and facilitate workshops on life skills, emotional intelligence, and academic success
- Document program activities and maintain accurate records of student interactions
- Stay informed about best practices in youth development and community outreach
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with youth in a community or educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with young people
- Knowledge of adolescent development and common challenges faced by youth
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and adapt to various learning styles
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid certification in first aid and CPR (preferred)
