Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the research and development of innovative gelato recipes and flavor profiles
- Design and conduct experiments to optimize texture, taste, and shelf life of products
- Develop scalable production processes for new recipes while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality, cost-effective ingredients
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development
- Document recipes, processes, and quality control procedures
- Mentor junior R&D team members and foster a culture of innovation
- Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years in food R&D, preferably in frozen desserts or dairy products
- Strong background in product development, formulation, and scaling processes
- Deep understanding of food chemistry, texture analysis, and sensory evaluation
- Experience with food safety regulations and quality control systems
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
