  • Lead the research and development of innovative gelato recipes and flavor profiles
  • Design and conduct experiments to optimize texture, taste, and shelf life of products
  • Develop scalable production processes for new recipes while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with procurement to source high-quality, cost-effective ingredients
  • Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development
  • Document recipes, processes, and quality control procedures
  • Mentor junior R&D team members and foster a culture of innovation
  • Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations and company standards

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years in food R&D, preferably in frozen desserts or dairy products
  • Strong background in product development, formulation, and scaling processes
  • Deep understanding of food chemistry, texture analysis, and sensory evaluation
  • Experience with food safety regulations and quality control systems
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for food innovation and creativity with a disciplined approach to development
