Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze consumer trends within the region.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Participate in leadership workshops, team-building activities, and rotational assignments to gain cross-functional experience.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for management review.
- Support the regional management team in daily operations and strategic planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools.
- Valid Malaysian driving license (advantageous for regional client visits).
