Kualifikasi
- 1+ years in customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain composed under pressure during peak periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Fluency in English and local dialects
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated passion for creating memorable guest experiences
