Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional and inviting first impression.
  • Manage and process loyalty program registrations and ensure members receive all entitled benefits.
  • Provide personalized service and special recognition to repeat guests and VIP clientele.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest transitions.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist guests with local recommendations.
  • Uphold the hotel's brand standards and operational procedures at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
