Situated on the 6th floor, our venue provides a breathtaking rooftop dining experience, making it a premier destination for both locals and tourists. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. The role offers a competitive monthly salary between $3,300 and $3,500, a 5-day work week, and complimentary transportation to and from work. - Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival at the Sky Dining, Bar & Lounge, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements to ensure optimal floor flow and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all patrons, including the bar and dining areas.
- Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the overall guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events or daily operations as required by the management.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, F&B service, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and work in a high-energy rooftop environment.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or food service is an advantage.
