Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a high standard of first impressions.
  • Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize floor flow.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Upsell menu items and services to enhance the guest dining experience and contribute to revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless order delivery and service timing.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary restrictions.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar Guest Relation or F&B service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure during peak service hours.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Basic computer literacy for managing reservations or POS systems.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
