Are you passionate about hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Guest Relations / Villa Host to join our team in the stunning region of Badung, Bali. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
Your main focus will be on delivering personalized in-villa check-in services and accompanying guests throughout their stay. From arranging private excursions to providing local dining recommendations, your attention to detail will make every guest feel like VIPs. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage personalized in-villa check-in and welcome procedures.
- Accompany guests throughout their stay to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide recommendations for local dining, activities, and cultural experiences in Bali.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation standards during guest visits.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to fulfill special requests.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and itinerary planning.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury villa management, or guest relations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management systems.
- Valid ID or Passport (as applicable for work in Indonesia).
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
