Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily coffee preparation and service operations
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Develop seasonal coffee menus and innovative recipes
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for coffee supplies
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues
- Monitor equipment maintenance and performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods and bean varieties
- Leadership experience in food service environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Willingness to relocate to Toraja Utara
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management
