We are seeking a distinguished Head Butler to join our elite team in the heart of Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for elevating the standard of personalized service that distinguishes BHP in the Bali luxury villa market. You will act as the primary point of contact for our distinguished guests, ensuring their every need is anticipated and exceeded. Our Head Butler role is not just about maintenance; it is about creating unforgettable experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver impeccable, personalized service to high-profile guests, anticipating needs before they arise.
- Oversee the daily operations of the villa, ensuring all amenities are pristine, fully stocked, and perfectly maintained.
- Manage guest itineraries, including dining reservations, spa treatments, and private excursions.
- Actively identify and execute upselling opportunities (e.g., private dining, exclusive tours) to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Handle all guest inquiries and complaints with the utmost diplomacy, urgency, and discretion.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as private chefs, drivers, and entertainers, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to ensure continuity of service across multiple visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a luxury villa, hotel, or private estate setting.
- Proven track record in upselling and driving revenue through exceptional service.
- Excellent command of English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus) with superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional grooming standards and professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, with a high level of adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
