Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and update seasonal menus, balancing creativity with cost efficiency.
  • Manage kitchen staff, conduct training sessions, and foster a positive working environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers to minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Control food costs and labor expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and local health regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (communication skills are a plus).
  • A passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail.
