Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct interactive one-on-one and group English lessons via video conferencing platforms.
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans tailored to students' proficiency levels and learning goals.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for students.
- Utilize educational technology and multimedia resources to enhance lesson delivery.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability as per the scheduled teaching hours.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding lesson content and student performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field (preferred).
- Native or near-native English proficiency; TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Patient, energetic, and culturally sensitive demeanor.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
