- Develop and execute hospitality strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality/tourism operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; multilingual skills advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in hospitality management software and CRM systems
