Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Provide detailed information about the villa facilities, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Assist guests with check-out procedures, including final bill settlements and feedback collection.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Monitor and manage guest relations throughout their stay to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Perform administrative duties such as recording guest feedback and maintaining accurate logbooks.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or front-desk role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with international guests.
  • A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with booking management systems.
  • Enthusiasm for travel and a genuine interest in sharing the beauty of Yogyakarta.
