Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and prepare daily reports as required.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in promoting hotel amenities and services to maximize guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- GCE 'O' Level or above (relevant hospitality experience is preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a busy front office environment.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus.
