Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed room cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock guest amenities
- Report maintenance issues and supply inventory needs promptly
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and safety protocols
- Assist with deep cleaning projects during low occupancy periods
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotel/resort preferred
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable with consistent punctuality and attendance
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical safety
