We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our operations at 16 stunning luxury villas in Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Executive Housekeeper, acting as the guardian of our standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily quality control of all villa areas, ensuring that every corner meets our rigorous luxury benchmarks. You will lead, motivate, and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, manage daily schedules, and conduct thorough inspections to maintain our reputation for excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and inspect the daily cleaning operations of 16 luxury villas to ensure pristine standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on linens, amenities, and room cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper to manage inventory and order necessary supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints regarding room cleanliness or facilities promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Manage the scheduling and delegation of tasks among the housekeeping team.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or villa management sector.
- Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and cleanliness.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is preferred.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable).
