Tanggung Jawab

  • Implement and oversee Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC 22000 or HACCP) to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular, thorough hygiene and safety audits in F&B outlets and central kitchen facilities.
  • Train and educate F&B employees on best hygiene practices, food safety standards, and handling procedures.
  • Investigate and report any hygiene non-conformities, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to local health regulations (e.g., NEA guidelines) and internal company policies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all inspections, training sessions, and compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and update safety manuals and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Certificate in Hygiene, Safety, or a related field (e.g., WSH, HACCP, FSSC 22000) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HSE or F&B hygiene roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of food safety laws and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective staff training.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough, objective inspections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
