Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all showroom visitorsActively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and corporate clientsPrepare and present detailed product proposals and quotations tailored to client needsStay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offeringsCollaborate with the design team to provide customized solutions for clientsMaintain accurate sales records and report on performance metricsParticipate in showroom events and promotional activities to drive sales
Kualifikasi
Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture or high-end retail salesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for designAbility to understand and articulate product features and benefitsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent negotiation and closing skillsValid Singapore work permit or citizenshipDegree in Interior Design, Business, or related field is advantageous
