Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target construction companies across South Luzon.
- Promote and sell Magna Prime’s comprehensive range of concrete admixtures and chemical solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients to showcase product benefits.
- Perform on-site application testing, quality assurance checks, and provide technical reports.
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional after-sales support.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to resolve complex client inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, construction materials, or chemical sales.
- Deep technical understanding of concrete technology, mix design, and admixture applications.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to conduct field tests and interpret technical data accurately.
- Proven track record in lead generation and territory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
