- Process insurance quotations and policy documentation accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with claims handling and provide guidance throughout the process

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance sales or administration
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in basic computer applications and software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
