Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with potential clients in the showroom, providing expert consultations on furniture selection and interior styling.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend the best furniture solutions that match their budget and aesthetic preferences.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and cleanliness to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and installation coordination.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or showroom sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of interior design trends, furniture materials, and home decor is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software is a plus.
