- Prepare authentic Japanese ramen noodles and tonkatsu dishes following traditional recipes and techniques
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
- Manage inventory of Japanese ingredients and supplies efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation during peak hours
- Optimize cooking processes to minimize waste while maximizing flavor

- Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience with Japanese cuisine focus
