Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and manage a pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, contracts, and proposals for client review.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome for Junior positions).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Proven track record of sales performance (required for Senior positions).
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid full driving license is an advantage.
