In this role, you will be a key player in the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef with daily operations and menu execution. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Head Chef in the daily preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize food waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
  • Create and develop new menu items while maintaining cost control and quality.
  • Manage kitchen workflow during service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Relevant culinary qualification or diploma in Hospitality/Professional Cookery.
  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Junior Sous Chef (1-3 years).
  • Strong passion for cooking with a good knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
