Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head Chef in the daily preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize food waste.
- Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Create and develop new menu items while maintaining cost control and quality.
- Manage kitchen workflow during service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant culinary qualification or diploma in Hospitality/Professional Cookery.
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Junior Sous Chef (1-3 years).
- Strong passion for cooking with a good knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
