Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy, or related field
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in Jakarta's energy sector preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with track record of exceeding targets
- Strong market analysis capabilities with ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
- Excellent presentation and proposal development skills
