- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the marine industry is considered an asset
