Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand revenue streams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolution of client issues
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports and strategic plans to senior management
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with company objectives while meeting client requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or business development in the logistics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing existing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in developing and executing strategic account plans
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
