Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on early childhood development and play-based learning.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe, respectful, and conducive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and developmental milestones.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and curiosity in young learners.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement school-wide curriculum goals.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities and school events.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license (e.g., TESL, DIPLOMA PENDIDIKAN PRASEKOLAHAN).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience teaching in a kindergarten or preschool setting is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
