Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily food preparation including chopping, cooking, and plating according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in all kitchen areas and equipment
- Support inventory management through stock rotation, ordering, and waste reduction
- Collaborate with kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service delivery
- Operate kitchen machinery safely and efficiently including mixers, ovens, and prep equipment
- Adhere to food safety regulations and HACCP standards at all times
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing food-related inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
