- Prepare and serve specialty coffees using brewing techniques and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of coffee equipment and workstations
- Manage coffee inventory, ordering supplies and stock rotation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service operations
- Train new staff on coffee preparation standards
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all coffee products
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in coffee brewing or barista role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
