Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning according to recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas
- Assist chefs with various tasks as needed, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients, reporting shortages to the kitchen supervisor
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, slicers, and other preparation tools
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties during slower periods
Kualifikasi
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
