Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standard recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including stations and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and seasoning ingredients.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen manager of shortages.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
